Consequently, the information which constitutes a project should be saved to a data base through which a project may be requested according to different features such as: the project’s title and category and the customer for whom the project has been materialized.

The cost’ s information is visible either to the registered customers or to those who have been corresponded to a project, or to both.

PROFFOLIO provides the possibility of management of a company’s customers list. The introduction of a customer’s details is an easy and simple procedure.

These data are stored in a data base and are accessible to the system’s user for process at any time. These data are the following:
